拉力試驗機的測量系統(tǒng)的標定和調(diào)整
拉力試驗機是拉力試驗的主要機器,其拉力信號可用標準測力計或電校正兩種方祛進行標定,實質(zhì)上是對測量電路作調(diào)整標定。標準拉力試驗機的測量精度一般可達0.15%,將它串接到試驗機的力傳感器后。先調(diào)整測量電路中相位平衡和幅值的“粗平衡”和“細平衡”后使電流輸出為零。
